Description Enforces safety regulations at the work site.
* Able to handle difficult situations and capable to handle high maintenance clients.
* Respect timings and appointments and ensure they are prompt.
* Report back to the manager with Job summary in a timely manner.
* Capable of managing drivers and packers in their team; treating all with respect yet ensuring their instructions are followed
* Informing customers of any delays to the scheduled time as well as operations.
* Identify packers of solid experience when doing a job and this must be taken into consideration when handling a job.
* Check packers neatness; uniformity prior to departure for doing a job.
* Trains newly hired packers on packing and unpacking procedures also how to behave at customers residence.
Qualifications * Medium Education (High Education is a preference). * Very Good command of English and Arabic. * Must be presentable both in the company and at customer residence. * Should have proficient ability to communicate with customers. * Must pass a criminal history background investigation; conviction of a crime may disqualify an individual from this position. * Obtaining valid First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
