Description 1. Inspection and receipt of the equipment, tools and spare parts supplied before storage to ensure their suitability for use and conformity with the required standard specifications
2. Implementation of periodic and preventive maintenance plans according to the approved schedules
3. Upgrading the efficiency of the equipment and developing it based on the integrated self-service system.
4. Continuous research and development to develop alternative methods to reduce waste in production processes.
5. Supervising and monitoring civil protection tasks and developing the protection of machines
6. Deal directly with sudden breakdowns and work on repairs in the shortest possible time
7. Prepare a database of failures and solutions that have been implemented so as to facilitate their use in the future and improve the time spent in the reform process
8. Preparation of periodic reports on production machines, equipment, cases and maintenance needs
Qualifications Mechatronics engineering Computer skills: excellent use of excel, Auto Cad, Solid-works good knowledge of CNC and PLC aware of Lean thinking and TPM Energetic, passionate, hard worker
