Description
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on sales orders for distributors from Nestle to distributors on monthly basis as well sales out.
- Make sure that the distributor is compliant with Nestle principles policies and WHO code.
- Monitor the implementation of the desired distribution targets of products including NPDs as per the management’s instructions.
- Constantly review competitive activities at the marketplace and report them to the management.
- Handle distributors/customers' complaints and objections
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience in the sales field
- Highly developed ability of analyzing, planning, organizing, problem solving, influencing, and networking techniques.
- Communication and presentation skills.
