For a company located in Nasr City Position: Customer Service Representative Education: B.Sc. in relevant field. Experience: From 1 to 3 years of Experience in related proven customer support experience (working on any E-commerce website is preferable). Computer Skills: Microsoft office Responsibilities: 1. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. 2. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information 3. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media 4. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information 5. Cancel or upgrade accounts 6. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges 7.
