New Multinational Pharmaceuticals company in the Egyptian pharmaceutical market seeking for : 1 - Regional R&D Manager Code ( AA012 ) 2 - Finance Manager Code ( AA017 ) With the below criteria : Regional R&D Manager Code ( AA012 ) *Manage Regional R&D Team . * Preparation & management of the R&D programs to meet the company plan. * Implementation and ensuring following R&D procedures and techniques. * Determines most efficient formats, charts and tables for presentation, recording and reporting of data. * Ensuring all developing projects and processes are in conformance with local and international guidelines. * Supervision of complex R&D projects involving a team of scientific staff. * Tracking project progress to ensure they were completed timely. * Effective implementation of technical specifications (raw material, packaging materials & finished product). * Effective implementation of the technical SOP`s. * Effective implementation of the training plan. * Suggestion of new products & projects to improve the company portfolio. * Effective communication with other departments according to project needs. * Preparation & evaluation of KPI`s according to company policy. Requirements * Bachelors degree in Pharmacy . * Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills. * English (essential that applicant has fully fluent written and spoken proficiency) * MBA preferred 2- Finance Manager Code ( AA017 ) Summary of responsibilities The Finance Manager supports the objectives of Sales & Operational Planning and the Finance Function in-country. He/she must assist in providing business wide decision support and maintaining a strong control environment and ensure that design, governance and control testing targets are met. * Consolidate the financial information, cash management and distribution to projects * Manage the General Ledger postings & taxation needs. * Manage the auditing requirements and ensuring regional compliance * Manage budgets and ensuring up to date cash flow forecasting * Provide Management with all required and requested information in a timely manner. * Analyze long-term impact of new or anticipated strategies and decisions and consider ramifications to the business * Lead and assist various department and company projects * Get full and deep understanding of our business, processes, systems and products * Any other ad-hoc duties requested by the Management.
