Description Sell services over the telephone by making outbound telephone calls to existing customers and new prospects
 Generate sales leads, cold call, assess customer needs, close sales or arrange appointments with sales staff in the field where necessary
 Work through a list of contacts to promote the companys Services with the aim of generating new sales
 Arrange, process and dispatch products / services, information packs and brochures to existing and prospective clients
 Enter changes to contact details in the database and detail the requirements for follow up calls with customers
 Produce reports for management on competitor activity by collecting market intelligence from customer contacts during sales calls
 Generate statistics on the number of calls required to close a sale
