Description o Responsible for the academic rankings process for all academic programs at the School of Business.
 o Responsible for the production of the yearly data report for the School of Business
 o Assembling and organizing data from different stakeholders needed for the data report.
 o Responsible for the design and implementation of an academic impact reporting and documentation system.
 o Ensuring the continued update of the academic impact guides pre-existed at the AAA Office.
 o Formulating and editing academic impact reports ensuring the documents consistency and alignment with the schools mission and strategic plan.
 o Handling the logistics related to visits, orientations, and meetings for the AAA Office.
 o Taking professional minutes of related meetings.
 o Assisting with accreditation and assessment activities when needed.
 o Follow-up assignments, responsibilities and deadlines set by the Head of Academic Assessment and Accreditation; collaborating and sharing workload when necessary.

Qualifications Minimum education requirement: University degree is required. Experience: 3-5 years of previous experience including 1-2 years in related fields. Skills: o Excellent command of English and Arabic, written and spoken. o Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision. o Strong communication and administration skills. o Ability to work in teams o Strong Computer skills (Excel, Word)
