Description Review the records of employees vacation balances
 Audit Filing of all employees vacations
 Audit employees files
 Responsible for revising all payroll transactions monthly
 Design all types of reports requested by the direct manager
 Responsible for monthly HC report
 Developing comp & ben database for all vacation records and history
 Arrange with the company doctor regarding any operations and visits
 Revise employees Medical costs and approvals
 Audit the attendance data from machines and reports preparation
 Calculate the overtime hours and all allowances
 Prepare Turn over report for all entities
 Prepare all final settlement of resigned employees
 Prepare all external cost of casual labors
 Assist in the review of international budgets (if needed)

Qualifications Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration. HR Certificate / Diploma Flexibility /Adaptability /Good interpersonal skills Presentable Ability to multitask Organizational skills Communication skills
