Description Plans and prepares for sales calls to both existing and prospect customers e.g. contact person, potential, trading history using the sales system and other available, relevant information. Identifies the potential trade profile of a customer and acts accordingly e.g. makes an appointment for the Account Manager, if required, where the customer is of a Medium or Large size or if makes an offer when the potential is ad hoc or small. Performs business development calls to appropriate contacts within existing and prospect customers according to the agreed activity KPIs and approved TSM sales processes. Supports marketing campaigns by following-up on each DM /EDM with target customers over the telephone. Presents the full range of products, services and technologies to every customer over the telephone. Wins new, Ad-hoc and Small, customers through the closing of business on the appropriate tariffs. To perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to develop revenue and improve customer satisfaction and maximize the face-to-face selling time of the Account Manager. Completes and updates customer information and documentation as required by the business. Accurately updates the Sales systems following each customer interaction to ensure complete and current client information such as potential trade profiles, decision makers, record communications etc . Reviews the territory sales performance with the Account Manager partner and prepares information as necessary for sales meetings, weekly debriefs and quarterly sales reviews. Ensures all customers are contacted on a regular basis by following the agreed contact strategy. Ensures customers are kept up to date with relevant TNT information and reports. Establishes appropriate relationships and communicates with other relevant functional areas as required to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications - Challenger skills; Teaches for differentiation, tailors for resonance and takes control. - Ability to give customers insights for new approaches and new ideas on solutions for their business - Basic PC skills - Telephone skills - Numeric skills / basic English skills - At least 1 year telephone sales experience and proven sales results - Good communication and writing skills - Proven ability in the implementation and follow-up of marketing efforts
