Description - Work on IP enforcement & litigation in cooperation with the litigation team as required.
 - Follow up with the public prosecution and governmental authorities.
 - Represent clients before the enforcement authorities including the Ministry of Supply, copyright investigation department, customs, etc. to file complaints and attend the raids.
 - Conducting IP enforcement actions and investigations inside and outside Cairo.
 - Draft memorandums, petitions, notices and agreements.
 - Appear before the relevant courts to represent our clients in IP cases.
 - Represent clients before the enforcement authorities including the Ministry of Supply, copyright investigation department, customs, etc. to file complaints and attend the raids.
 - Conducting IP enforcement actions and investigations inside and outside Cairo.
 - Travel out of Cairo for enforcement actions and investigations.
 - Draft memorandums, petitions, notices and agreements.
 - Work on IP enforcement & litigation in cooperation with the litigation team as required.
 - Follow up with the public prosecution and governmental authorities.

Qualifications - Experience in IP Enforcement & Litigation. - Bachelor Degree in Law; - Fluent English. - General office skills: filing, faxing, emailing, meeting notes. - Strong attention to detail, coordination of multiple projects and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work individually, on a project and/or in a team environment. - Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. - Complete discretion and ability to work with confidential information.
