Description Prepares the technical solutions to meet the customer requirements.
- Prepare the SOC, SOW
- Integrates wireless solutions with the third party to create total solution.
- Design fiber solutions
- Integrate IP/CCTV solution with the wireless solution.
- Advisor/assist in the financial offer.
- Develops presentations and participates in product demonstrations that accurately depict the benefits of products and solutions.
- Conducts technical assessments and translates client needs, issues, and concerns into comprehensive technical solutions that the business unit is capable of implementing.
- Provides technical support to customer support teams in the implementation of certain solutions.
- Participates in the implementation of solutions related to specific business units (e.g. wireless solutions, security solutions�)
- Monitors client satisfaction and communicates client concerns.
Qualifications - Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering - 4-5 year experience in Light Current (CCTV/Access Control, Physical Security) as a presales engineer. - Familiar with wireless concepts and CCTV & fiber optics concepts. - Familiar with recent technologies and the integration between them. - Documentation skills (Word, Excel, Power point and Visio) - Hard worker - Excellent Presentation Skills
