Job Description:
1. Responsible for the required bookkeeping and filing systems as per the CSO law and CEF’s policies and procedures.
2. Ensuring the adherence to the policies, procedures and requirements.
3. Properly and quality management and update of all bookkeeping and other documents (hard and soft)
4. Receive transactions, ensure supporting documents attached are accurate and complete and record accounting entries in the system (Soft and Hard) in a timely manner for the assigned awards/projects.
5. Responsible for the proper and accurate handling of all related tax and expenses
6. Being responsible of the financial management of sub grants related to the assigned project(s) operating in Cairo (conduct financial assessment & issue recommendations, review financial clauses in sub grants agreements, verification of advances and settlements received from partners )
7. Record of transfers received from the donor in the system .participate in hosting Audit visits (external &internal)

Requirements:
• 0-2 years of experience in finance and Accounting in an Egyptian NGO
• Familiar with CSO’s law requirement
• Familiar with Tax settlement and other related expenses
• Very good in English
• Gender: both
• Work outdoor 20% indoor 80%
