A multinational lubricants company is hiring a warehouse/material controller.
Scope of work: fleet, distribution, and warehouse.
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Verify & organize the receipt, storage and distribution of products.
• Supervise the delivery of products to various clients’ plants or warehouses, carried out by 3PL.
• Ensures the achievement of high IRA (inventory records accuracy) by supervising the conduct of regular cycle counts by 3PL.
• Manage & monitor stock level comparing to the sold units & prepare stock reconciliation report / analysis.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Guarantee smooth operation and transaction on inventories within the Warehouse in co-ordination with the Accounting Department.
Job Requirements
• 3 years of experience in the inventory management & distribution operations.
• Males only
• Able to speak conversational English aside from native Language.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational & multitasking skills.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office and ERP systems.
