Call center agent is required for Real Estate Investment company has an e-commerce project located at Heliopolis:
•Job requirements :
• Bachelor Degree
• 1+ years in the call center field
• Very Good English language
• Very Good computer skills
• Multi-tasking ability
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Good listing skills
• Problem solving
• Flexible in working in shifts
• Able to use call center systems example (CRM, IVR, …..etc.)

•Main Duties and Responsibilities :
• Educate and Support our customers about system usage
• Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex problems that have been passed on by customer service Agents or cascade the problem to the concerned parties.
• Track customer complaint resolution.
• Achieve the monthly KPI’s (Calls Quality, AHT, Adherence)
• Report the customer’s repetitive problems to solve it and reach customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for customers’ information confidentiality.
