Job Purpose
Participate in the preparation of the purchasing budget plan to Execute the raw materials and the packaging Supplying plan according to the production demands plan for every factory, Through Communicating and Negotiating with suppliers in local and external market to get the best offer and prices, services in the right time with high quality and the right quantity.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or engineering is highly preferred.
• Extensive experience working in the procurement department in a related field
• MBA Holder or Certificate or diploma course in Planning and Procurement, Supply chain etc. is an add value.
• 7 -12 Years of Experience in related fields of Purchase local and foreign.
• Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent Verbal and written in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Good Analytical Skills.
