Vacancy: Office Manager
Location: Zamalek
Part of the Duties & Responsibilities:
-Her duties will include all office management related responsibilities in addition to billing.
-Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
-Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
-Managing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Requirements:
-Minimum 7 years of experience as an Office Manager
-Fluent English
-Excellent knowledge of Excel & power point
-Excellent communication skills
-Very presentable
