We are looking for a talented * Purchasing specialist * to join ACT's family.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience
- Excellent in English commands (read/ writing and speaking)
- Foreign and local purchasing experience.
- IT Background is a must
Job responsibilities:
- Negotiate the orders with the suppliers as per the price,
delivery data and the payment terms.
- Coordinate and follow up on the order processing cycle; customs
clearance, taxes and banking approval for receiving the shipped order
-Revise the PO with the supplier’s offers.
-Coordinate approval cycle of the purchase plan.
