Description Contribute effectively to most HR programs with a focus on talent management, in addition to leading and contributing to various HR projects. 1.Work with the talent management team in formulating and updating job descriptions. 2.Work with the benefits team in administering the various medical insurance plans and tackling related issues. 3.Assist in the employee on boarding process, with the employee services team. 4.Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system both electronically and physically, that provides a quick and efficient reference for the HR team. 5.Assist in analyzing and documenting the various work flows and compiling them into a policies and procedure manuals. 6.Maintain the HR space on the company intranet/portal. 7.Work with the HR team on various assigned projects and any other HR-related duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications 1.Bachelor’s degree. 2.Formal HR qualification preferred but not essential. 3. one year experience in HR Field. 4.Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and verbal). 6.Excellent communication skills. 7.Self-motivated initiative taker, capable of multi-tasking. 8.Detail orientated team player, capable of working under pressure.
