Description -Monitoring the service advisers and customer relation team to follow front office procedures and follow up. -Monitoring and managing the 7 steps of handling business in front office: Appointment, Reception, Repair Orders, Dispatch and Production, Quality Control, Active Delivery & Post service follow up. -Receiving inquires on MB Servicing and approved repair procedures, vehicle operation and local government vehicle laws in mechanical, electrical, body and paint departments. -Assist the service manager to reach required efficiency and productivity of the workshop. -Promote the benefits of MB Service, Parts & Accessories. -Manage the achievement of (weekly, monthly & yearly) targets of service department. -Build rapport by creating a relationship of trust between the service advisers and the customer. -Share marketing department creating new business scopes. -Follow up unsatisfied customers to achieve highest customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communications skills. - Excellent listening and diplomacy skills.

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
