Description —Perform all data entry and proper filling system to keep a qualified candidates database and CV bank for all screened CVs received to be categorized as appropriate. —Resource potential candidates through uploading Job announcement in various media, employment fairs and recruitment agencies to refer and recommend to the interviewers. —Screen CVs to verify data of work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements through the personal interview assessment & application data plus aptitude test. —Conduct personal interviews to assess different candidates according to different posts. —Analyze the data received from different resources in order to define efficiency of the resources. —Conduct phone screening in a presentable way to attract potential candidates to conduct interview. —Issue the offer letters for the approved candidates for further approvals and coordinate the rest of the process
Qualifications Bachelor Degree of any Discipline and Human Resource Post Graduate Study.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Very Good Communication and Organization Skills. Excellent MS Office
