Planning, developing and implementing a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job to conduct Job descriptions, matrix of authority, KPIs, man power analysis, salary scale and identifying training need with guidance of senior organization development specialist. Establishing and analyze the employees satisfaction surveys to identify S.W.O.T analysis based on job analysis results with guidance of senior training specialist. Develop employees handbook and induction program that cover the company policy and HR policy to communicate the company rights and duties to employees with guidance of senior training specialist. Develop the organization charts in terms of departments, positions, employees and relations in addition conduct promotion and transfer procedures with guidance of senior OD specialist.
