Description     - Receiving and confirming bookings for clients - Coordinating trucking and clearance services - Dealing with local carrier and agents network - Following up on carrier bookings - Customer service and problem solving - Processing all shipments docs and steps - Revising and finalizing BL and all relevant documents - Follow up on unfinished issues with representatives - On time feedback and reaction to clients requests, problems, and needs. - Updating, and sending the daily report table for each client during operations - Creating strong network and relations with SSL employees - Client service and assistance - Gathering Import rates and updating them constantly - Sending emails or faxes every step of each operations
Qualifications    * Must have at least 2 years work experience as a Sea Freight Import Coordinator * Must have good knowledge of sea freight operations procedures * Must be efficient in handling client accounts and in coordinating with Agent offices worldwide as per client requirements * Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Must be highly computer literate
Gender    Female
Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    * Technical or EIFFA courses is a plus. * Custom clearance experience is a plus. * Working knowledge of AF operation. * Flexible working hours
