Description Understands and follows sales policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards. Responsible for all activities related to selected accounts within a specific the Government sector Identifies possible opportunities for new projects through maintaining excellent knowledge of offered products of all business lines. Identifies potential accounts through client assessments and client needs assessment Develops exceptional knowledge of current and potential accounts competitors, problems, goals, needs and issues and accordingly assists accounts in identifying needs, defining solutions and selecting the right products and services. Responsible for the process of offer negotiations and closing deals. Coordinates the efforts of groups serving the account (e.g. Project Managers, Customer Support Engineers, etc) to ensure a synergistic company wide approach to the account. Coordinates with project managers to successfully handle the account from signing the contract till project finalization. Coordinates with business units to prepare necessary account requirements through purchase orders. Monitors the efficiency of the after Sales Service concerning relevant accounts in coordination with Customer Support Function. Monitors client satisfaction and communicates client concerns.
Qualifications B.Sc. in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar and relevant work experience. 3-5 years of experience in the sales field in for Government Sector Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills. Good Computer skills.
