Description Handle guest complains quickly, efficiently and courteously. Inspect VIP Suites/ Rooms. Welcome and escort VIP patients and their companions upon admission , visiting them during their stay to ensure full satisfaction with the hospital service, and escort them where appropriate during the discharge process . Randomly check patients rooms and public areas to ensure high standard of hospitality is being practiced . Conduct interviews with VIP Guests to note suggestions or complaints. Maintain a well structured system to direct guests to different facilities inside the hospital . Maintain good working relationships and communications with other departments. Uphold the hospital commitment to hospitality. The advance arrangement for the admission of VIP cases to ensure that they are given the appropriate reception. This arrangement is to take place before check in time according to the hospital policy. Making daily rounds on the patients and asking them about the level of the service provided, thus conducting a survey required for assessing the development of the standards of services. Any problem notified of by the patient is to be immediately addressed with the responsible department and resolved, and this is to be recorded in the rounds report.
Qualifications Minimum four year experience in a customer contact position within Hospital , hotel,related industry. Superior customer service and conflict resolution skills. Very strong communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills.

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills • Excellent Computer Skills. • Very good spoken and written English. • High Communication skills
