Description 1.Assist all customers with their rental needs in the branch i.e., deal with rental enquiries, bookings, telephone calls and carry out related paperwork while providing excellent customer care and professional advice 2.Receive enquiries from the public either in person or by telephone, take bookings and inform customers of the rental rates charged 3.Book customers by entering details into a computer or onto the appropriate form, including type of car, rental period and journey planned. 4.Check customers identification and drivers licenses, draw up rental agreement and process payments using a computer system 5.Arrange for cars to be ready for customers at the rental office or delivered to customers hotels or places of business 6.Explain the controls of the rental cars to customers and provide them with directions and tourist information when necessary 7.Check returned cars to log kilometers traveled and for any damage , enter details on computer and present customers final accounts 8.Receive payment if necessary and / or return customers prepayment 9.Note any car problems encountered by customers and follow up with appropriate action 10.Process overdue vehicles and collect additional payment 11.Arrange for cars to be cleaned and refueled , ready for the next customer 12.Collate all transactions into a daily report and balance cash and till 13.Performs other duties and responsibility as agreed upon by the division head and job holder.
Qualifications Bachelor degree from any discipline. -Minimum experience of 1 Year in similar jobs
