Description Providing customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Monitoring sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Coaching staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. Maintaining credit limit for each sales rep as per company policy. Following up Sales reps on daily bases, monitoring their daily loading, route coverage, number of invoices and strike rate. Following up all sales process and procedures.
Qualifications •B.Sc degree,Sales-Marketing Diploma is preferred , FMCG background is a must and Minimum 5 years experience, preferably with a reputable food manufacturing company

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills V.Good Computer Skills, Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills, Good leadership skills.
