Description Responsible for understanding & implementing Al Tadamun Identity Guideline Manual Assist in writing, producing, printing & updating Al Tadamuns promotional material Assist in updating the contents of Al Tadamun website & Facebook in Arabic and English Responsible for accompanying consultants, donors & visitors in field visits to Al Tadamuns branches and clients; assisting them data gathering, researches, translation and coordination with relevant parties Work on awards applications sent to Al Tadamun by partner networks Write & edit reports & memos to top management & branches in English and Arabic Write, edit & translate success stories about Al Tadamuns distinguished clients in the field Assist in developing the Communications Annual Workplan for 2014 Supervise on photographers hired to conduct photo sessions and documentary films of Al Tadamun clients in the field and to make sure that they follow Al Tadamun policies and regulations Assist in events organized by Al Tadamun Responsible for updating the Communications & Training Oracle database on a regular basis Responsible for logistics related to courses conducted by Al Tadamun Assist in establishing a comprehensive Training Work-plan for 2014 for new and old staff members and assist in overseeing their implementation Assist in updating staff training manuals / material Assist in monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of training courses attended by staff
Qualifications • Bachelor of Mass Communications is preferable • Excellent writing skills in both Arabic and English is a must • 5 years of experience in mass communications field is preferable • Familiar with all Windows applications and multi-media • Ability and willingness to work with branches and clients related field work (in the poor neighborhoods of Greater Cairo) • Energetic, motivated, and hard worker • Strong communications and interpersonal skills is a must • Ability to work under pressure • Experience in market research is a plus • Experience in the development field is a plus
