Description Guide the customers to activate the service and provide information about the products and service. Answer incoming calls requesting installation of the ADSL service by configuring the modem and checking customer line parameters in order to activate the service. Handle outbound calls targeting configuring customer modems to activate the ADSL service with clients. Manage challenging service situations in order to handle all customer inquiries. Solve customers problems during activation cycle in order to activate the service. Assign the customer task to the responsible department in case the problem is out of Installation Teams hand to solve it and assign it back to us to activate the service. Advise customers with explanations in order to increase customers satisfaction.
Qualifications Education (University Graduated (computer related faculty is preferred), familiar with O/S and ability to learn about CPE configurations, good computer skills, good knowledge of Network. (preferably CCNA or at least network fundamental)).Experience (Experience from 0-1 year).Skills (Very good spoken & written English & Arabic, good communication skills, customer oriented, a passion for taking care of customers, knowledgeable and willing to learn, work ethic based on dedication to the company and its mission, good negotiators, always polite and attentive, self-motivation and goal-orientation, leadership ability, flexible, & self-control)
