Description Summary: Supporting the current and new sales teams with pre sales support internally and externally and effectively craft solutions, proposals and demonstrations that address the clients business needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Act as primary technical pre-sales for Client. Assist the sales team in the preparation and presentation of our solutions to customers. Effectively communicate solutions to the customer, by creating and delivering presentations. Supports the development of sales strategies for accounts and assists in qualifying sales opportunities. Shall work closely with other internal staff to transition and ensure the successful post-sales implementation of the solution. Work with other departments to maintain both company and department goals. Promoting products and solutions to the customer with technical presentation and product demonstration. Masters and maintain knowledge of competitors and partners.
Qualifications • Bachelor degree, preferably in technical field. • 2 – 3 years experience in similar position. • Fluent spoken, read and written English. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Customer facing skills. • Ability to present proposals persuasively. • Excellent team player. • Advanced knowledge of company products and supported applications. • Ability to learn and support new applications. • Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize and create trust in a sales cycle. • Highly motivated self-starter.
