Description Coordinating daily operations and handled office tasks such as correspondence, file management and database administration. Helping desk, contact members, searching Internet, typing letters & documents, arrange events. Handle phone calls & receive complaints in appropriate manner. Send & receive e-mails and faxes and refer them to person responsible. Responsible for public relation issues that relates to both internal and external entities. Following up on our services that related to IT department. Check new orders that related to IT department. Receive & maintain the new offers from IT suppliers then processing them on the computer. Write price offers and purchase orders. Update & maintain the budget of the IT department. Record all the IT invoices on the computer with keeping hard copies. Schedule meetings and appointments. Make travel arrangements for my supervisors. Prepare reports, and materials for publications and presentations. Maintain the offices calendar. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Assist the IT team in different tasks. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Graduated from Faculty of computer science or computer Engineering or communications 2-3 years’ experience as help desk engineer CCNA certified (is a Plus ) MCP or MCSE certified (is a plus ) Familiar with ticketing system (HP Service Manager / REMEDY/ CRM ) Good knowledge in MS office applications
