Description     — Administer overall activities of procurement activities of the company in different areas, including implementation of company work instructions and systems. — Budget Allocation and Control of Procurement. — Compare the quotations received from vendors. — Prepare order confirmations based on prices quoted by Vendors. — Process orders, follow-up with suppliers and supervise the receipt of the goods to site. — File insurance claims and follow-up. — Receive material requisitions from Administration and projects . — Contact suppliers for best quotations and search the market for ex-stock material. — Follow-up cash and credit purchasing. — Ensure delivery of material. — Prepare official orders advanced payments, etc.
Qualifications     Bachelor’s degree in management Minimum Experience:  (2 - 3) years of experience in Procurement; preferably in Real Estate field Job-Specific Skills:  Active team player, confident, and creative.  Result and customer oriented  Good command of the English and Arabic language (spoken and written) and strong communication/Negotiation and presentation skills.
