Description 1) Provide the needed medical guidance and consultation for our members. 2) Handle emergency in bound calls, and offer the needed medical support and guidance. 3) Answers inquiries & fulfilling requests. 4) Handle client complains, resolves problems. 5) Maintains patients updated data records. 6) Following operational guidelines and procedures checklist. 7) Manage the external referral process of the patients within the company guidelines. 8) Implement company medical policies, procedures and strategies. 9) Establish and update our members` medical profiles
Qualifications 1.Bsc. Of Medicine 2.2-5 years of experience 3.1-2 Years of experience in a medical insurance company would be an asset. 4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office package. 5. Very good command of English ( written & spoken) 6. Excellent communication & problem solving Skills. 7.Flexible with rotational shifts (9 working hours /shift).
