Description - Managing a portfolio of accounts through acting as the link between the client and the agency to ensure the clients needs and goals are met. - Responsible for client relationship around day-to-day deliverables. - Manage client expectations - bring issues with solutions to clients attention before they become problems, or advise a client of potential deliverable delays. - Demonstrate internal team leadership. - Ensure proper/effective input from client. - Agency compliance with client/agency. - Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. - Dealing with all aspects of a campaign. - Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team. - Responsible for achieving revenue of a territory in terms of: a. Manage the current client portfolio. b. Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate revenue.
Qualifications Essential Qualifications and Experience: •Medical Background. Desirable Qualifications and Experience: •Good spoken and written communication skills. •Strong presentation and negotiation skills. •Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner. •Good organizational and time management skills. •Good communication skills for working with a range of colleagues and clients. •A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure. •A professional manner. •Good business sense and ability to work to budgets.
