Description 1.Sets annual export sales plan, according to business objectives. Achieves sales targets and increases the companys market share in Africa. 2.Develops new export markets in Africa, and maintains current customers. 3.Communicates with the companys interrelated departments, such as Finance, Accounting, Production, Quality Control, etc 4.Secures L/Cs & Payment conditions according to company policy. 5.Ensures that all legal requirements are followed. 6.Collects data about the required regulations to enable to export to in African countries. 7.Coordinates export orders to ensure accurate delivery of the right product specifications. 8.Participates in related exhibitions as per company policy. 9.Create a database about the market and our competitors through market research, governmental authorities, embassies, etc. 10.Handles customer queries and issues, and resolves them effectively and according to company policy. 11.Analyzes export statistics on monthly basis, and generates related reports. 12.Manages all export sales transactions such as customer response, orders, payments, delivery schedules, customer complaints and service levels, and works to increase customer satisfaction.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree in a related field •Previous experience in a reputable FMCG company is a must. •Previous experience in hygienic products is preferable. •Previous experience in the African region is an asset
