Description Prepare operational Key Performance Indicator reports, analyze discrepancies compared to targets and timely inform Management in the organization. Prepare short, mid and long-term production plan in accordance with sales forecast and capacity availability. Conduct long-term machines capacity analysis in line with volume evolutions, guide Management timely on new investment requirements or underutilizations. Prepare short, mid and long term production plan in accordance with sales forecast, machines capacity availability, materials availability, maintenance plan, training plan and upcoming projects to ensure agreed FG stock coverage for each SKU with minimum number of brand changes. Conduct regular production plan revision and share it timely with all involved parties. Conduct long-term machines capacity and capability analysis in line with volume and formats evolution, guide Management timely on new investment requirements or underutilizations. Prepare presentations and supportive documents to reflect latest factory, market information to fulfill Operations Managements requests. Lead and provide support to Marketing, Sales and Finance projects which are related with Operational Plan. Follow up Productivity Initiatives and maintain the identified platforms to ensure visibility, sharing and tracking of the results.
Qualifications University degree in engineering or business administration. At least one year of production or supply chain planning experience.
