Description — Supervise the implementation of the system Maintenance WI for the production set up. — Lead the Technicians, Operators and Drivers in the assurance of right operations on the equipment through designing, implementing and raise the awareness of Operational WIs for the production set up and equipment. — Follow up all preventive and corrective maintenance operations of the production set up. — Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields and costs. — Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. — Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production process. — Evaluate and develop manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs and applying knowledge of product design soliciting observations from operators. — Follow up the monthly and daily production plan at the site — Supervise the work flow at the site and perform the daily corrective actions as per ISO procedures — Follow up the quality of the produced material to make sure that the product matches the requirements specifications and apply all the corrective actions to ensure this. — Supervise the utilization, efficiency and fuel consumption of the equipment. — Solve the daily problems at the site
Qualifications - Bsc. of mechanical engineering with solid knowledge of mechanical designing and production engineering. - 5+ years of experience in industrial application with a strong sense of discipline and good technical knowledge about conveyors, crushers, sieves, or material handling equipment. - strong leadership skills. - Very good oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
