Description     Maintains records of all activities, document events, incidents and actions, handle all correspondence, filling, etc. Meet and great clients and visitors. Composes and types routine correspondences such as business letters, reports or office memoranda. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to; faxing, mailing, and filling. maintain hard copy and electronic filling system. Schedule appointments, assist other staff in the organization with their enquires. Records Agendas & minutes of meetings. Support staff in assigned project based work.
Qualifications    knowledge of MS office and telephone protocol. Duties requires professional verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English is a must.
