Description Maintains a customer satisfaction programme & ensures that CSI meets the Target laid by the company. Enforces budgetary control & ensures sales targets are met by the Center. Manages departmental expenses & ensures net profit as set by ASSD is met. Manages the service personnel & develops technical skills. Maintains the employee satisfaction & motivation. Holds regular meetings with service staff & group meetings for solving Operational problems. Monitors warranty claims processing. Monitors product quality & forward technical/market product reports to the Technical department. Actively participate in TE Group meetings with other departments heads. Initiates house keeping system & procedures. Ensures proper utilization of all the service facilities & maintains equipment In proper working condition. Ensures that all sections in the Service Center are operating smoothly according to company policy & procedures. Executes the service marketing plans & monitors the competitors activities in His area. Coordinates with parts department to ensure smooth supply of parts at highest rate.
Qualifications • BSC of Mechanical Engineer preferably in Automobiles or the equivalent. • Ten years in reputable business Co. dealing with automotive (After Sales Services).
Gender Male
Experience 10-15 Years.
