Description —Create & Update products, component cost, create estimated cost for new tenders, follow up & solve costing problems. —Follow up factory layout situation & create proposals for new projects. —Preparing & follow up technology improvement plan, Technology Training Plan & cost saving Plans. —Update the manufacturing database to make the updated costing of the product according to the market raw material prices. —Study the technology system input, output, bottleneck nodes & the ways to Solve them to achieve high performance & efficiency —Analyzing Monthly production orders costing variance.
Qualifications •B.S. Degree of Mechanical engineering (Production / Power /Automotive /Mechatronic). •Good Knowledge of using MS Office (Word – Excel – Outlook). •Good Knowledge and experience of Auto CAD and solid works. •Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. •Ability to work under pressure. •High communication skills.
