Description 1” Preparing the semi-annual study to assess the prices and services offered by shipping companies present in the market in order to identify the best companies in terms of prices and quality of services to be contracted. 2 - Ensuring that the shipments documents are in compliance with customs regulations, as well as, to be in compliance with all other rules of controlling authorities in the importing country. 3 - Ensuring receiving scan & original documents for each shipment. 4 - Sending the original documents to the clearance agencies. 5 - Receiving purchase orders approved by the head of the sector and marketing sector and the financial sector from the stock control section in preparation to be sent to external supplier for the preparation and processing and sending shipment required. 6 ” Issuing and following up payments bills to suppliers with financial management to guarantee payment to suppliers in the agreed timelines. 7 - To be aware of tariffs, insurance & quotas. 8 - Categorizing shipments according to a tariff coding system. 9 - Tracking the location of the shipment. 10 - Monitoring the flow of goods from the clearing port up to the store (Transportation, warehouse & distribution of goods). 11 - Making an action plan for every consignment & the expected time table for releasing the goods. Receiving invoices from the clearing agencies & revise it
Qualifications -Bachelor Degree of any Discipline -2 years Experience in Shipping field -Excellent organization and communication skills

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills -Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office
