Description Design recipes according to the required NORMS with best utilization of raw materials and lowest production cost Select the best raw material sources and make sure of all deliveries according to the selected quality Planning, coordinating & controlling of all laboratory activities Direct the testing of all the raw materials for concrete. Ensure that it is done with sufficient frequency. Investigate non-conformities and solve them. keep proper records take necessary corrective actions when necessary Supervise lab jobs in other plants In the same way direct the testing of the aggregates produced by the Groups Quarries. Ensure implementing all quality procedures and policies, resolve problems and report to Plant manager his proposals and suggestions. Provide technical information about products, Norms and new products. Provide technical support to customers and liaise with all major customers. Prepare quality reports required by management Ensuring implementation of H&S policy and rules within his department and at casting sites.
Qualifications BSc in Civil Engineering or material quality Engineering At least 3 years in similar position Very good command of English Very good PC skills (MS Windows & MS Office)

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
