Description — Participates with the Marketing team in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with Marketing agencies & other suppliers , in order to supervise all promotional activities. — Working closely with the sales team for a better customer service levels , through raising flags with various reports showing the current service levels & the best practices. —Handling all the brandings across all the sales channels modern trade, whole sale and retail — Support the sales team with all the POS materials and brandings while launching new products — Improving visibility and execution standard by providing right tools and planogram — Collecting and analyzing relevant information about competition — Monthly report qualitative for promotional activities and events — Managing and evaluating trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns. —Perform market researches, data collection and monitoring of key market areas. —Supervise launching new products as well as improve new or existing products. —Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing Management on field sales needs and marketing initiatives. —Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research.
Qualifications B.Sc degree, FMCG background is a must and Minimum 3:5 years experience in a reputable food manufacturing company is a must
