Description Responsible for maintaining and disbursing petty cash. Ensuring that all the financial transactions are handled in full compliance with the Companys internal control procedures. Ensuring a proper and accurate review of suppliers invoices and check requests. Writing checks according to the companys procedures and on approved requests. Preparing petty cash replenishment in accordance with the finance procedures. Reviewing different documents for accuracy and signatures on all cash vouchers and checks. Assisting in the preparation of check vouchers for all transactions. Making cash and checks deposits. Ensuring that all the cash vouchers are settled properly and on time. Safeguarding the petty cash and safe box. Keeping check books and cash box in a secured and safe place after use. Performing any other duties assigned by Team leader Treasury from time to time.
Qualifications -Graduates of Faculty of commerce/ accounting major -1-2 years of experience of managing the day-to-day operations of cashiering office of a reputed company -Passionate towards treasury -Excellent command of English language -Strong communication skills -Residents of Giza and 6th of October areas
