Description      Establish and implement short and long range financial and accounting goals; objectives; policies and operating procedures; Develop relationships and negotiate terms with banks, donors, financial institutions, insurance providers and any other service providers for smooth flow of funds and services; Oversee the approval and processing of revenue; expenditure; departments budgets; salary updates ledger and accounts maintenance and data entry. Ensure that the finance activities will support the foundation in pursuing its mission with a minimum risk and a maximum of efficiency; Manage and monitor donor funding to ensure timely expenditure of donor funds and adherence with donor regulations. Ensuring compliance with donor funding agreement and reporting requirements; Perform quality and timely Financial, MIS and other analytical reporting for the Management, CEO, Board, Shareholders and Government Authorities; Manage the development, implementation and monitoring of an effective administrative operation that maximizes the use of fiscal resources to provide measurable, timely, efficient and cost-effective results;
Qualifications     Have MBA in Finance or Accounting, and/or Business Administration or any other relative certificate; At least ten (10) years experience in Financial Banking Management. Having hands-on experience in banking would be an asset; Have a high level of proficiency in writing and reporting skills and the capacity to design policies and procedures; Be fluent in spoken and written English language; Have strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills
