Description This position is to provide timely coding clean-up for all import b/ls, processing/release of error free delivery orders to the customers, interface with other APL locations to resolve customer related issues, interface with customs authority to resolve communication errors, ensure authenticity of documents, strictly adhere to company policies and guidelines in order to mitigate exposure to claims. Attend customer calls within three rings and attend to their queries. Problem solving and interface with other locations for customer related matters. Promote eCommerce to Customers. Follow-up on Delinquent containers. Ensure all proper procces of re-shipment and short shipment followed strictly. Ensure timely Arrival Notification to Customers prior to vessel arrival. Process/Release of error free delivery orders to Customers. Timely processing of Transhipment Bill of Entries through Port & Customs. Coordination/completion of Two sector shipments. Mange all amendments in coordination with APL locations, customers, and customs authorities. Collection of third country payment settlements. Maintain quality & efficiency of service delivery activities through process management. Accountable to meet commitments made to customers/customs/port authorities.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree. •Experience: 1-2 years industry experience in the field of Customer Service
