Description 1-Securing a speedy and appropriate supply of parts in order to provide effective support for all the workshops/dealers and meet the expectations of counter customers. 2. Ensure that the image of the spare parts service contributes to the company making a name for itself as the best service provider. 3. Monitor and analyze the major customer satisfaction values for the spare parts service from the CSS. 4. Monitor and analyze the behavior of customers and competition in the spare parts and accessories market. ‘complaints patterns, customer structures– 5. Monitor competitor offers in the various spare parts areas and with accessories. 6. Develop proposals for measures by the spare parts service in order to react quickly to developments in the behaviour of customers and competitors, 7. Implement of strategies to increase the share if the spare parts service market within the service area of responsibility. 8. Define/propose prices suited to the market for the various services and customer groups ( e.g. segment II/III). 9. Monthly monitor and analyze the results relevant to business in service. 10. Establish individuals and overall parts inventory levels and balance them for maximum turn over.
Qualifications Experience: 10 to 15 years practical automotive parts management experience. Computer : Ability to use Microsoft Office to include Microsoft Word, Excel and email and Ability to use of computer
