Description - Follow up the day to day transactions data accuracy. - Follow up items transactions registration on the ERP system. - Register items transactions registration on the Access DB. - Assure the quality of data on items cards [Hard Copy] - Assure the Quality of data in Item transactions records [Hard Copy][Soft Copy] - Monitor & Adjust items ROPs and ROQs. - Report Monthly items transactions [Soft Copy] - Report consumption rates and trends [Soft copy] - Report bad quality items. - Generate stocking PRs. - Report weekly PR Done Vs Not Done report [Soft Copy] - Supervise items technical inspection and report rejections. - Supervise warehouse cleanliness and arrangement of items. - Manage subordinates and assure quality of tasks.
Qualifications -Leadership skills. -This position requires initiative, motivation, creativity and ability to understand many areas of expertise. -Ability to handle multiple assignments. -Strong communication skills. -Strong reporting and presentation skills.
