Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. 4. Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department. 5. maintain up-to-date billing system 6. generate and send out invoices 7. follow up on, collect and allocate payments 8. carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines 9. maintain accounts receivable customer files and records 10. process credit card payments
Qualifications BSc commerce. Minimum of 4 years experience in Receivable. , Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Financial Software
