DESCRIPTION/DUTIES

Influence and mentor national staff to implement operational

improvements.

Provide improvements to facilities including processing, gathering and

artificial lift to increase efficiency of all systems. Goals are increasing production, improving run time and lowering costs. Review all CPF’s, QPC processes and all remote areas facilities to evaluate the efficiency and possible optimizations for enhanced operations:

Recommend ESP/SRP upgrades/downgrades.

Separation, injection and drainage.

Tank management. Facility and pipeline integrity.

Daily oil production balances--Evaluate production reports for

calculation accuracy, wells brought on, wells down and BS&W changes in an attempt to explain and document the production swings.

Trucking (reduce costs thru proper design and efficiency)

Water Injection Systems and Oil Shipping Systems.

Technical support for SCADA software hardware implementation and

consultation.

Track oil and water injection volumes

Monitor production trends, fluid levels, BS&W

Keep track of construction projects and keep general manager aware of

project hang-ups, lack of equipment and other foreseeable delays.

Assist field staff with any troubleshooting of problems

Investigate field reports, by following up with firsthand confirmation

of data

Assist engineers with identifying problems and encouraging problem

solving and follow-thru

Future flowline management and planning with satellite imaging.

Manage the Avocet database and ensure data is accurate and transferred

to Houston.

Manage the QPC GPS database and mapping software.

REQUIREMENTS
