Performing reservoir engineering studies and economic evaluations to

quantify drilling, recompletion, and workover potential within new and existing assets

Integrating pressure transient analysis, material balance, decline

curve and volumetric analyses into reservoir evaluations

Providing reservoir engineering support within a multidisciplinary

development team consisting of geoscientists, drilling and production engineers, and land specialists

Have a working knowledge of reservoir modelling to effectively discuss

and direct improved recovery modelling with Houston IR group

Have a working knowledge of basic log suites to effectively integrate

information from subsurface teams

Identifying and initiating new water flood and optimization projects

Conduct water flood surveillance analysis to optimize performance

Providing technical support for new reserve bookings

Helping to choose locations and coordinate an aggressive drilling

schedule

Working with and mentoring national staff as needed

Preferred/Minimum Requirements:

BS in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering degree 10+ yrs.

reservoir engineering experience with E&P company and 15 – 25 years of industry experience overall

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and consistently meet project

deadlines

Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work well with

multi-disciplinary team in association with the local culture of a national staff

Experience using database, engineering, and geoscience software,

including Aries, Petra, and OFM

Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of programs (Excel, Word,

PowerPoint, etc.)
